1.Definition&Application
This product is made of fibre papers impregnated with phenolic resin under heat and press. Its single side or double side covers copper foil. It can be used for printed circuits board.
2.Technique requirement

The edge would be cut in right angle and good order,have no delimitation and crack.
There is no bubble between copper foil and paper,the surface would be not allowed slight wrinkle,gel-point,needle-hole and other defects.
